Some programs rely on a .dll file called Ctl3d32.dll - it can be found in your \Windows\System directory. Some authors have included the Windows NT version of this file in their setup programs - you may see an error message when running some programs stating that Ctl3d32.dll can't be accessed because it is the Windows NT version. The program will probably run, but it won't look right.

  8. Copy the Ctl3d32.dll file from the \TIPS directory on this CD and put it in your \Windows\System directory.
